As a part of our patient’s diabetes team we work closely with other healthcare professionals.
Each visit to a Diabetes Network, Inc. educator is documented in a simple format that is faxed, usually the same day, to the primary care physician, endocrinologist, and other health care providers. This feedback mechanism keeps all parties abreast of your progress.
